1. What is Shadowstitch?
Shadowstitch is a Print-on-Demand (POD) store that creates custom-made leather products and print-on-demand items. Each product is made specifically for you, ensuring uniqueness and quality.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Processing Time: 2–4 business days (for production and quality check)
- Shipping Time:
- Pakistan: 5–8 business days
- USA, UK, Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia & Europe: 10–15 business days
- Other countries: 12–20 business days
Please note: Shipping times may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this time, production will have already started, and we can no longer guarantee cancellation.
4. Can I return or exchange a product?
- Defective or damaged products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us with images of the damage.
- Incorrect products can also be exchanged within 7 days.
- Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective or incorrect.
5. Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. During checkout, you will be able to view the estimated delivery time and shipping costs based on your location.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- PayPal
- Other regional payment options
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping carrier’s website.

9. Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are working on adding this feature in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
10. Are your products eco-friendly?
We strive to ensure that our materials and processes are as eco-friendly as possible. Our leather products are crafted using high-quality materials that are sustainably sourced.
11. Can I customize a product?
Yes, we offer customization options for many of our products. You can choose from different colors, designs, and even add personalized engravings (for certain items).
12. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will update the address for you.
13. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, we will consider this option in the future based on customer feedback.
14. What should I do if I received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a free return and send you the correct item.
